Lee & Associates South Florida Announces 47,200 SF Lease with SFS Events
MIAMI, Florida—May 23, 2019—Lee & Associates South Florida, the largest broker-owned national commercial real estate firm in North America, proudly announces the lease of an industrial space located at 3545 NW 112th Street, Seaboard Industrial Park, Miami, FL to SFS Events, LLC.
Lee & Associates South Florida President, Matthew Rotolante, SIOR, CCIM, and Associate Conner Milford represented SFS Events, LLC. Locating a space large enough that was willing to accept a shorter term lease was the challenge in such a tight market with most landlords wanting to lock in longer term leases at this point in the cycle. Rotolante and Milford were successfully able to locate an ideal space and negotiate terms that were mutually beneficial for both parties.
The leased space at the Seaboard Industrial Park consists of 47,200 SF of warehouse space with 20’ clear ceiling height, 16 dock height doors and 1 concrete ramp. The lease commencement began May 6th, 2019.
