MIAMI, Florida—April 29, 2021 – Lee & Associates South Florida announces the sale of a Medical Office Condo located at 7000 97th Ave in Kendall, Florida in the Sunset International Center. The unit was purchased by HKL Medical, LLC from BWC Holdings, LLC for $815,000.
Lee & Associates South Florida Principal, Aida Nolan-Rodriguez, represented the Seller, BWC Holdings, LLC. Aida joined Lee & Associates as Principal in 2020 with a specialization in Medical Office properties and Healthcare Real Estate, having an impeccable reputation in the marketplace servicing a niche group of physicians, healthcare professionals, and diagnostic/imaging centers.
