As South Florida’s favorite seafood chain, this marks Flanigan’s Seafood Bar and Grill’s 24^th location. Matt Rotolante, Victor Pastor and Nicole Messer were able to recruit Flanigan’s to the location through a direct outreach campaign and the lease was negotiated and signed with mutually beneficial terms and minimal downtime for the landlord whose previous tenant had left at the end of December.

“When the landlord told me he would like a family sports bar and restaurant, there was only one institution that came to mind that embodies South Florida culture and it’s unique Marine environment… and it probably helps that I can walk to the original Flanigan’s from my house in Coconut Grove,” says Matthew Rotolante, Lee & Associates South Florida president.

The 6,891 SF freestanding restaurant site in Sunrise will host a new and unique design concept for Flanigan’s that will fit nicely into the area.  They anticipate a grand opening for January of 2020.
