Benjamin Decker serves as Vice President at Lee & Associates South Florida where he specializes in representing owners in the sale and acquisition of self-storage and industrial assets throughout the state of Florida.

Mr. Decker works closely with local and out-of-state landlords, private equity groups, REITs, and developers through all stages of the investment life cycle. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Ben began working as a broker in self-storage during the Pandemic where he focused on emerging markets in the Sun Belt states. He has experienced both challenging and lucrative economic cycles, in which he has accumulated a comprehensive track record of delivering both immediate and long-term solutions to clients in a variety of circumstances. His strong background in market analysis, asset valuation, and discounted cash flow analysis, paired with an unwavering pursuit to drive deals across the finish line, positions him to successfully navigate the complexities of an ever-evolving market on behalf of his clients.

Ben studied Finance in the Haslam College of Business while attending the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. While in college, he ambitiously began a full-time career in brokerage with Matthews REIS while also co-founding the UT Real Estate Society. Prior to attending Tennessee, he played baseball at San Diego Mesa College in his hometown and graduated from Poway High School. He enjoys spending his free time with friends and family on the beach, out in the ocean, serving his community, golfing, grilling, white water rafting, and camping.
