Ryan Mermer serves as an Associate at Lee & Associates South Florida, where he focuses on Industrial Investment Sales alongside industry veteran, Greg Milopoulos. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Ryan accumulated diverse professional experience across various sectors. In addition to successfully closing real estate transactions as a Real Estate Sales Professional under his own brokerage, Ryan also held a position as Principal at Shalom Strategies providing personal and digital consulting services for campaigns and businesses, and developing fundraising strategies for political candidates. Additionally, Ryan served as Vice President of Capital Development at Sakal Ventures, where he devised territory strategies to attract investment in pre-IPO start-ups, and as Senior Account Executive and Junior Broker at London Olive Capital, where he specialized in business-to-business funding and alternative lending. With a blend of real estate acumen and strategic business expertise, Ryan is well-equipped with a multifaceted approach to drive success for his clients.

Ryan is a graduate of Florida State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, with a minor in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate. He also holds a certification in Emergency Management & Homeland Security. His commitment to community service is evident through his roles with Holocaust Heroes Worldwide and The Guatemalan Project. Ryan's leadership extends to his tenure as President and Board Member of the Chabad Synagogue at Florida State University, where he successfully raised significant funds and spearheaded advertising initiatives.
