Matthew Katzen serves as Senior Vice President with Lee & Associates South Florida with an expert focus in Class A Office space throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties. With over 25 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry, his business development and transactional work includes the negotiation of over 2 million square feet of office space in over 500+ transactions. Matthew Katzen’s specialties include working closely with office developers in the implementation, design, marketing, and sales and leasing of professional office projects, along with extensive tenant representation experience working closely alongside professional office users to successfully negotiating complex leasing terms to secure competitive office space.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Katzen was the director of leasing for the Galman Group. The Galman Group currently holds a portfolio of over 50 properties throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delware and owns and manages over 10,000 Apartments.

In addition to the Galman group Matthew Katzen was also was Director of Leasing at Heritage Commercial group, located in Pennsylvania, he over saw the leasing and marketing and development of over 1 million sf of office space and a portfolio of 19 properties throughout Pennsylvania & New Jersey.

Matthew Katzen is a graduate of University of Massachusetts with a BA in Management and is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Having relocated to South Florida to expand his services into the Southeastern region, Katzen is able to leverage the National Lee Network and his northeast relationships to facilitate strong cross-market support for his clients.
