Noah Flornes is an Associate with Lee & Associates South Florida specializing in office sales and leasing across the South Florida market. With previous experience in both office and retail properties, Noah is committed to delivering tailored leasing strategies that align with his clients' investment goals. Leveraging his strong understanding of market dynamics and tenant relations, he helps property owners maximize occupancy rates and enhance property value. His hands-on approach and proficiency in managing commercial portfolios make him a trusted advisor to landlords and tenants alike.
Before joining Lee & Associates, Noah worked with EE Properties, where he managed and leased over 120,000 square feet of commercial space across Naples and Fort Myers. His portfolio included office buildings and retail centers with units ranging from 100 to 5,000 SF, where he was responsible for tenant relationship management, lease negotiations, and property maintenance. Additionally, Noah has gained valuable experience working alongside multiple Principal brokers at Lee & Associates including Brock Rasmussen from the Lee & Associates Ft. Myers and Naples office and C. Todd Everett in the Lee & Associates South Florida office where he continues to hone his expertise in commercial real estate leasing and sales.
Noah is pursuing a degree in Finance at Florida Atlantic University. He holds a Florida Real Estate Sales License and is actively involved in his community engaging in local business development efforts and supporting various community initiatives across South Florida.
