Rodrigo Calderon serves as Vice President with Lee & Associates South Florida, specializing in Industrial and Land Sales and Leasing with a focus serving the Industrial Development markets throughout South Florida. Rodrigo’s experience with market research and analytics has given him a keen insight on the Industrial market.

Rodrigo Calderon is dedicated to his clients and building long lasting professional relationships by adding value through the offerings of lease comparison analysis, financial pro-forma, lease vs. purchase analysis, market lease and sale reports, and helping businesses with their site selection, especially in the industries of Freight Forwarding, Aviation, and Food Processing and Distribution.

Rodrigo joined Lee & Associate as an Associate in 2021 and quickly climbed the rank proving to be a valuable partner to his clients. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Rodrigo Calderon served as an Analyst and International Trade Consultant for the Trade Commission of Peru in Los Angeles, the UK and Ireland where he had started as an intern. Rodrigo earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in International Business and Finance from the University of California, San Diego Rady School of Management. He also completed courses with The Harvard School of Business in Finance studying cash flow analysis, valuation, and capital markets, as well as The Wharton School studying the application of AI, Insurtech and Real Estate Technology.
