Todd Cohen is Principal with Lee & Associates South Florida, heading up TCC Advisors out of South Florida with a focus on land for development, urban infill, and redevelopment projects. With more than 25 years of commercial real estate, Todd possesses a deep understanding of land acquisition, entitlement processes, zoning regulations, and market feasibility for large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments. His ability to identify prime development opportunities and strategically guide investors, developers, and landowners through complex transactions makes him a trusted advisor in the evolving South Florida market. He builds upon this experience to maximize opportunity and thoughtfully, strategically advise clients.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Todd Cohen operated TCC Advisors in Miami, Florida, advising clients nationwide on commercial asset acquisitions and dispositions. Before founding TCC Advisors, he served as Managing Director at Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Advisors South Florida and was a Senior Agent at Marcus & Millichap, where he played a key role in some of the Miami office’s largest transactions. As Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions at Stoltz Real Estate Partners in Philadelphia, Todd was instrumental in the firm’s expansion, overseeing more than $1 billion in transactions.

Throughout his career, Todd has negotiated the purchase and sale of commercial real estate across all asset classes, totaling more than $2 billion. His experience in land investment and development advisory has positioned him as a go-to expert for investors, developers, and institutions seeking to acquire land and execute transformative projects.

Todd Cohen graduated Summa cum Laude from Duke University and earned his MBA in Real Estate and Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He lives in South Florida with his wife and their two children. He and his family are actively involved in numerous charities and nonprofit organizations including the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, the Holocaust Memorial Miami Beach, the Humane Society of Greater Miami, the Jewish Community Services South Florida, the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, and the UJA-Federation of New York.
