What are the registration deadlines?

Early Bird Registration Ends on March 28, 2025
Standard Registration Will be Open Until May 8, After That date a $50 Late Registration Fee Will Apply and Some Conference Benefits May Not be Available to the Registrant

PLEASE NOTE: Lee & Associates has contracted a limited number of rooms at a group rate starting at $229++ per night. The discounted rate will be offered until May 8, 2025, or until the room block has been filled, whichever occurs first. The link to book your hotel room in our block will be provided in your confirmation email. All hotel reservation bookings, changes, or cancellations will be made directly with the hotel using the link provided. This means if you wait to register you may pay a higher rate for your room. Rates will be determined by Encore Las Vegas based on their retail rates at the time of your request. REGISTER EARLY!

What sessions will be available virtually?

Select sessions will be recorded and released after the event, however, not all sessions will be available. To fully experience the collaboration, training, and networking sessions, we encourage you to join us at the conference in-person.

What is the dress code for the Lee Summit?

Presenters: Business Formal - Suit or Sport Coat with Tie for Men; Suit or Dress with a Blazer for Women.

Attendees: Business Casual; Athletic-wear, shorts, tank tops, or inappropriate attire should not be worn.

How do I get from the Airport to the Hotel?

Encore Las Vegas does not offer a shuttle service. An outside shuttle service can be arranged, contact the hotel for suggestions. Taxis are readily available at the airport.

Is there a way to register without including the hotel room?

All hotel reservations will be made using the Hotel Room Block link provided in your registration confirmation email. You are not required to join the Lee & Associates room block. However, our room block has allowed us to offer attendees room rates at a reduced rate.

Are there rooms available for nights prior to or following the conference dates?

There are a limited number of rooms available for additional days the week of the event at our group rate. Availability and price are dependent upon the current occupancy at Encore/Wynn Las Vegas. You will be able to select additional nights during the hotel room registration process. Please note that you will be responsible to pay Encore Las Vegas directly for their entire hotel bill, including room rate, taxes, incidentals, etc.

Can I pay for my registration with credit card upon receipt of invoice or is a check the only accepted form of payment:

The only payment method for registration will be via credit card. In the event that someone needs to cancel their registration, please notify Mary Eckel at meckel@lee-associates.com. Refunds will not be given on cancellations submitted after May 23, 2025.

What time can I check into the hotel?

Guest check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Early arrivals will be accommodated as rooms become available.

What time is check-out of the hotel?

Check-out time is 12:00 noon. The bell staff can store luggage on a complimentary basis for those guests who have checked out, but are not yet departing the hotel. For those guests not wanting to stop at the front desk on the way out, express check-out forms can be found in the guest room. Late check-outs may incur a fee.

What hotel expenses am I responsible for?

Upon Check-in, you will need to provide a credit card for all charges to your room (i.e. room rate, taxes, mandatory resort fee, incidentals, etc.).

What is the cost for parking?

Complimentary self-parking is extended to registered Resort and Tower Suite guests, Wynn Poker Room guests, Private Access members and Wynn Rewards members in the Chairman, Black and Platinum tiers.

Complimentary valet parking is available to guests staying in Wynn and Encore Tower Suites, Private Access guests, Delilah patrons and Wynn Rewards members in the Chairman and Black Tiers.

The daily self-parking fee for non-registered guests at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas is $20, with the first three hours free. Valet parking is $40 per day.

Do I need to bring any supplies or information with me?

No, all supplies and materials will be provided. However, you may want to bring your laptop to some breakout or small group sessions. Be sure to download the Lee Summit mobile app for all conference updates including the agenda, registered attendees, sponsor information and more.

If I need to cancel my reservation, what do I do?

To cancel your event registration: In the event that someone needs to cancel their registration, please notify Mary Eckel at meckel@lee-associates.com. Refunds will not be given on cancellations submitted after May 23, 2025. Your registration is not cancelled until you have received a confirmation back.

To cancel your hotel reservation: Using the link in your confirmation email to the room block portal, you will be able to select "Manage Existing Reservation" and make changes or cancel your reservation. Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date will result in the cancellation of remaining room nights that were reserved. If you need assistance, please contact Wynn Las Vegas directly toll-free at 866-770-7555 or 702-770-7100, or you may email roomreservations@wynnlasvegas.com. If you require hotel accommodations other than the dates shown you will need to contact the Encore directly at the number listed below to book a separate reservation for those dates.

SPONSOR FAQ

Who do I contact regarding becoming a sponsor of the Lee Summit?

To become a sponsor, please complete the sponsorship form here. If you have questions regarding sponsorship package details or available options, please email Kara Johnson at kmjohnson@lee-associates.com.

Am I allowed to attend the Lee Summit without becoming an official sponsor?

No.  Attendees from companies other than Lee & Associates are only allowed to attend as a “sponsor attendee” which does require the purchase of a sponsorship package.  To find a sponsorship level that works best for you please visit the sponsorship form or email Kara Johnson at kmjohnson@lee-associates.com.

If I purchased a Sponsor package, do I still need to REGISTER for Summit?

Yes, you must register to attend as a “Sponsor Attendee.”  This will ensure we have a name badge for you and include you in our meal headcounts.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  The sponsor registration fee is $650. Based on your level of sponsorship, some packages include comp registration(s) fees which will be covered by Lee & Associates.

How do I request a hotel reservation in the room block?

All hotel reservations will be made using the Hotel Room Block link provided in your Lee Summit registration confirmation email.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  Some sponsor packages include hotel room night(s) which will be covered by Lee & Associates.  You will still need to book your hotel room using the room block link and we will apply the comp(s) in the back end. You will be responsible to pay for any hotel room night(s) directly to Encore Las Vegas that are not covered by Lee & Associates, as well as place a credit card on file for incidentals (Incidentals Hold Will be One Night Stay + Tax).

Once I arrive at the Summit, where do I go to pick up my name badge?

Sponsor registration will be on-site, near the Encore Ballroom. Registration hours can be found on the Agenda.

Where can I get a list of attendees?

A list of attendees will be emailed to sponsors one week prior to the event.

If my sponsorship level includes a booth in the exhibit area, what comes with the booth?

Booths will be 10’ x10’ spaces and will include a standard 6’ table with a tablecloth and two chairs. Your location will depend on your sponsorship type. If you intend to play a video, need power or internet, use the AV and Internet forms that will be sent out no later than two months prior to the event. 

When is exhibit set-up and tear-down?

Exhibit set-up and tear-down information will be released as we get closer to the event.

What if I need a monitor, TV, internet or power for my booth?

If you intend to play a video, need power or internet, you will use the AV and Internet forms that will be sent out no later than two months prior to the event.

If I need to ship items for my booth, what do I do?

For small packages, please address using the format below. Items should not arrive more than 3 days prior to guest arrival at hotel.  The Encore business center will handle these packages and charges will apply.

Can sponsors host private events for attendees?

We are planning an event filled with training, panels, and networking opportunities for our attendees. If you are planning on hosting your own dinner or happy hour, we ask that your event does not conflict with any scheduled events on the 2025 Lee Summit agenda. For reference, our events conclude at 8:00 PM on Monday and 6:00 PM on Tuesday.

What if I just have a small package to send to the hotel?
