Lee & Associates: Home care provider leases 1,800 sq. ft. in Newark

An in-home care provider has taken some 1,800 square feet of office space in Newark, in a newly announced deal by Lee & Associates New Jersey.

According to the brokerage team, the lease at 466-470 Bloomfield Ave. places CareFinders Total Care along a main retail corridor. It joins a Santander Bank branch at the 9,000-square-foot, two-story retail and office property, which sits on a half-acre and has 10 on-site parking spaces, with additional street parking nearby.

Lee & Associates New Jersey’s Kyle Janoczkin and Tarang Ramani represented ownership at the property, which also provides quick access to the Garden State Parkway, routes 3 and 21 and Interstate 280.

“CareFinders is aggressively expanding in New Jersey and in other key Northeast markets, and was specifically looking for a location on Bloomfield Avenue,” Janoczkin said. “With its exceptional visibility, this building proved an ideal fit for the brand’s continued growth.”
