Veteran brokers March, Fowler join Lee & Associates New Jersey as Senior Vice Presidents

Lee & Associates New Jersey has bolstered its Edison office with the addition of seasoned brokers Paul March and Mark Fowler as senior vice presidents.

In a news release, the firm said March brings more than 38 years of office leasing experience representing both landlords and tenants, including global firms such as Samsung and LG Electronics. He specializes in the Princeton office submarket and the tristate region’s growing life sciences sector, having held positions at Newmark and CBRE before joining Lee & Associates.

“We are thrilled to be joining this dynamic and entrepreneurial team to focus on Mercer and Monmouth counties,” said March, a Montgomery resident who holds a bachelor’s from Cornell University.

Fowler, for his part, has spent nearly 25 years in commercial real estate and specializes in the sale and leasing of office and industrial properties with a focus on Monmouth, Mercer and Middlesex counties, the news release said. Fowler joined Lee & Associates from Newmark and previously was an agent with Weichert Commercial.

“We look forward to providing office tenants and landlords all the services and benefits Lee & Associates has to offer,” said Fowler, who hails from Ocean Township. The firm noted that he earned a business studies degree from the University of Westminster in London and is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and Industrial & Office Real Estate Brokers Association.
