Not only is NJBIZ unveiling the 2023 class of Forty Under 40 honorees, but we’re also excited to announce the award ceremony is returning in-person this year.

Launched in 2006, this program recognizes 40 professionals under the age of 40 for their notable successes and demonstrations of strong leadership in the state.

Chosen by an independent panel of judges following an open nomination process, the individuals recognized on this year’s list contribute to their own industries – spanning health care, finance, real estate, law, education and more – as well as to the New Jersey community at large.

The honorees are not only judged on their business accomplishments but also on their volunteerism, education and additional honors. This task was especially challenging this year as we received the largest number of nominations ever.

These professionals will be recognized Sept. 21 at a ceremony at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Somerset. Tickets are on sale now through Sept. 13 on our event page. (Hurry, early-bird ticket prices end Aug. 20.)

Sponsorship opportunities are available for this event. For more information, please contact General Manager AnnMarie Karczmit at 732-246-5717 or akarczmit@njbiz.com.

Mark your calendars: Nominations for the 2024 award program will open Jan. 1, 2024, on the NJBIZ events page. (And there are some big changes in store for next year, so stay tuned!)

Without further ado, here are this year’s honorees, listed alphabetically below.
