Dan Badenhausen serves as a Partner within Lee & Associates, WBE. In this role, Dan utilizes his expertise and industry knowledge to provide his clients with the competitive advantage in commercial real estate services. Having represented both buyers and sellers in transactions that have included industrial facilities, land sites, development projects as well as office requirements, Dan has a rare perspective and understanding of the complexities of a variety of transactions.

CAREER SUMMARY

Prior to joining Lee & Associates in 2022, Dan served as a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield. From 2007 - 2010, he served as a Vice President at The Sitar Company, a commercial real estate firm in New Jersey. Before that, he spent 18 years in Investment Banking at Ryan Beck, CIBC Capital Markets, and The Jefferies Company.
