Douglas Rowe serves as a Senior Vice President in Lee & Associate's WBE office. His focus is in the office and healthcare sectors. He believes it is vital to represent both landlords and tenants in order to best understand all aspects of a real estate transaction.

CAREER SUMMARY

Before joining Lee & Associates, Douglas worked in Transwestern's New Jersey office as Vice President. Previously, Douglas served as Senior Vice President at American Properties and a Managing Director at Colliers International. He brings to Lee & Associates more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Throughout his commercial real estate career, Douglas has represented many globally recognized companies including American Express, United
Airlines, and State Farm Insurance.

A few of his larger transactions include assisting the Bank of New York in the leasing of 108,000 square feet, Greenwich Home Mortgage in the leasing of 64,000 square feet and China Ocean Shipping Corporation with the disposition of 61,000 square feet. He has vast experience in many disciplines of the real estate industry, including tenant and landlord representation as well as investment sales. He has completed transactions throughout New Jersey and in various other
states, focusing on northern New Jersey.
