As a founding principal of Lee & Associates – New Jersey, Jason Lynch personally oversees day-to-day operations and takes great pride in having shaped the current environment. Presently, Jason serves as a Principal at Lee & Associates WBE. He has been involved on all levels of creation and implementation in forming the Lee network of 61 nationwide offices. Jason specializes in consulting, industrial, investment, office and land transactions both locally and nationally.

CAREER SUMMARY

Jason has been an expert in the real estate industry for over two decades. Prior to beginning at Lee & Associates in 2009, Jason served as Vice President of Commercial Realty Associates. In addition, Jason is active in investment sales, overseeing the property management division, which includes court appointed rent receiverships and has served as an expert witness. As a Commercial Real Estate Adviser for Lee & Associates, he currently represents interests of multiple landlords, developers, investors, buyers, and tenants within New Jersey and the tri-state area.
