Jessica Vasil serves as president of Lee & Associates – WBE. She is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate services industry. CAREER SUMMARY

Jessica began her tenure with Lee & Associates in 2009 as the company’s Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Operations. She was promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations in 2016 and assumed her current position in 2023. Prior to starting at Lee & Associates she worked as an Associate at Commercial Realty Associates and previously served as Director of the Worcester Fair Housing Partnership at the Housing Discrimination Process in
Worcester, Mass.
