Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Josh grew up in a family that developed 52 shopping centers. He successfully started and operated National Property Associates, Inc., a national investment brokerage business for 30 years and negotiated sales contracts, new leases, and redeveloped shopping centers as a partner. He has acquired over 300 freestanding retail and industrial properties nationwide for clients.

He redeveloped a vacant 250,000 square foot shopping center in Harrisburg, PA and built a new Giant Foods Superstore. He represented a national pension fund and liquidated two 100,000 square foot Dillard’s Department stores in both Waco and Midland, Texas. He represented Toto Recycling and leased 400,000 sf warehouses in Allentown, PA, Savannah, GA, Houston, TX and Fontana, CA. He recently represented a publicly traded company and relocated their corporate
headquarters.

Within the last year he sold three warehouses in Clifton, NJ and an office building in Fair Lawn and leased space in Denville, Fairview, North Bergen, Richfield Park, Wayne, Ridgewood, Paramus, Jersey City, Sayreville, and Whippany.
