Mark Fowler, SIOR is a Senior Vice President at Lee & Associates, specializing in the leasing and sale of office and industrial buildings, focusing on the central New Jersey markets of Princeton, Metropark, Brunswicks and Monmouth County. During his 24-year career, Mark has completed over 4 million square feet of transactions, valued in excess of $450 million and has closed deals in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mark was a Managing Director at Newmark and before that, a Senior Vice President at Weichert Commercial Brokerage (WCB), where he was repeatedly recognized as one of their top producing brokers.

• As Tenant Representative for an International Corporation, leased a total of 188,000 SF of office space in New York City, as well as Berkley Heights & Princeton, NJ.
• As Buyer’s Representative, purchased a total of 152,500 SF of office & industrial buildings in Monmouth County, NJ for a private investment partnership.
• Hired as Leasing Agent for 1 Industrial Way West, Eatontown, 115,750 SF office & flex park, to increase occupancy, resulting in a higher valuation, prior to sale.
• As Landlord’s Representative, leased entire 114,000 SF at 1 Independence Way, Princeton, resulting in the office building being fully occupied for the first time since construction in 1982.
• Represented Landlord of under construction, 100,000 SF office building at 1249 South River Road, Cranbury, resulting in a 68,000 SF office lease being signed before building completion.
• As Owner’s Representative, back filled, as they made space available, entire 68,000 SF office building by leasing to two, growing tenants.
• As Seller’s Representative, sold 55,000 SF industrial building at 493 Old Trenton Road, East Windsor & negotiated short-term leaseback for client.
• As Tenant’s Representative, leased a total of 41,000 SF of industrial space at 246 & 556 Industrial Way West, Eatontown.
• As Tenant representative for Government Contractor, leased a total of 31,500 SF of office space within close proximity of Fort Monmouth, NJ.
• Represented Tenant in acquisition of 29,000 SF flex building, for their Corporate Headquarters & investment property.
