Lee & Associates\u2019 Washington, D.C. office is seeking an Investment Sales Specialist to join their Downtown office. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is a unique opportunity to become part of one of the largest, broker-owned firms in North America and work alongside successful and experienced investment & development sales brokers.<\/p>\n

This is an information management, research, writing, sales, and financial review position that proactively supports real estate Investment Sales and Leasing efforts. This position requires in-depth knowledge of Sales and marketing, administrative and operational policies and procedures and general business practices. Potential candidates must either have a Real Estate License or be able and willing to obtain a license.<\/p>\n

Individual would work alongside a team of two brokers with a large portfolio and client base, learning to source and execute commercial real estate sales and lease transactions with a focus on development related transactions. The eventual goal would be to help establish your own practice that can stand on its own. Compensation is 100% based on commission earnings with a draw against commission offered for the right candidate. There is a great opportunity for advancement, which includes the ability to become a partner and share in the profits of the firm.<\/p>\n
